1- Delivery Areas & Branches
We offer delivery services through our branches:
- Fouad Street: 63, 65 El Horeya st, Alattarin
- San Stefano: 161 Abdel Salam Aref, San Stefano (Valore)
- Sporting Club: In front of the club house Golf Entrance
- New Alamein: 112 KM Marsa Matrouh Rd, Beside Marina 7
Our delivery service covers the following areas in Alexandria and New Almein:
2-Delivery Times
- Orders are prepared and delivered as soon as possible after confirmation.
- Custom orders (cakes or special desserts) may require additional preparation time, and it is recommended that the customer informs us one or two days in advance to facilitate preparation.
- Delivery is available daily, according to branch availability.
Order Confirmation & Payment:
All orders must be confirmed before payment to ensure product availability and accurate preparation time.
- For Alexandria orders: confirmation must be completed one plus day before 4 PM.
- For Cairo orders: confirmation must be completed two plus day before 4 PM.
3-Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees depend on the branch preparing the order.
- The delivery cost will be calculated during checkout before confirming your order.
- Additional fees may apply for certain distant areas within Alexandria and New Alamein.
4-Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure your address and phone number are entered accurately to avoid any delays.
- If the order is not received when the delivery person arrives, re-delivery fees may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
5- Product Quality
