- Order Terms & Quality
- All our products are handmade using fresh ingredients. As such, slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur compared to the images on the website.
- Confirmation Deadlines: To ensure freshness and quality, Alexandria orders must be confirmed before 4:00 PM at least one day in advance. Cairo orders require confirmation at least two days in advance.
- Returns and Reporting
Due to the perishable nature of our food products (Cakes, Pastries, and Bakery items), we have a strict reporting policy:
- Immediate Inspection: You must inspect your order upon delivery.
- Same-Day Notification: Any issues regarding quality, damage, or incorrect items must be reported on the same day of delivery.
- Exclusions: Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept return requests or complaints made the day after delivery, as we cannot verify the storage conditions after the product has left our care.
- Conditions for Refund or Exchange
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been substantially consumed.
- Exchanges: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we will arrange for a replacement or a correction on the same day whenever possible.
- Refund Process
- Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within the standard processing time of your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be handled via a method agreed upon with our customer service team.
- Payment Security
- All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your full financial details on our servers.
